X Cuisine, located at Miri, somewhere around 2020 area (majorities knows where 2020 is as it is the hottest breakfast place in MIRI). This was the second time i went into this cafe, which was introduce by a friend of mine with it's stone rice.... I couldn't remember how's the taste like, perhaps nothing interested me, therefore after YEARS then I come back once again. :p I do have to say this place is crowded with youngsters...

I've ordered a Beef Brisket noodle.. I started to eat and fall in love with it while I was studying at Perth. Student life because no $, need to save so whenever go out makan with friend Beef Brisket clay-pot is a must, reason is because bigger portion and DAMN NICE...

2 things I miss about Perth, DIM SUM AND BEEF BRISKET, best of the best.. yum yum~~~

Things I don't like:

• Too crowded
• Didn't listen what i say (DRY not WET)
• Fair Taste

Things to be consider:

• Got young girls for you to see
• Mass variety with something unique

Orchid Room Restaurant

Orchid Room Restaurant located at KB pandang 5, the chef has more then 20 years experience, the last experience he was at "Thiam Hock Restautant"...
Even though he has decades of experience, BUT doesn't mean that he's good -_-, no offense but every time i go grab something to eat in this restaurant the outcome wasn't my favorite, PERHAPS it's not my type of taste, YOU can try and tell me what you think.

Things I don't like:

• Taste
• WiFi (but given me error password -.-)
• Slow serving (eventho just only 3 of us)

Things to be consider:

• Big size plate (doesn't mean the portion is huge)

Thien Thien Chicken rice, it's in my TOP LIST, every lunch hour when everyone having an headache thinking where to go, I will ALWAYS suggest THIEN THIEN chicken rice. I think they serve the BEST chicken rice and Chili in Brunei.

This restaurant has been in business for more then 25 years, and the popularity of this restaurant is it's chicken rice, that's why it's called Thien Thien Chicken rice, translated to English it's called "Everyday chicken rice".....
They only specialize in Chicken rice, others dishes such as Laksa, Kolo Mee, etc etc also available, but only those easy make dishes..

As what I know, now they are three branches, Gadong, Kiulap and Seri, but only at Kiulap they serve roasted (not toast) chicken.

Things I don't like:

• Parking space at Gadong and Kiulap Branch
• Smaller Portion in Gadong and Kiulap Branch

Things to be consider:

• BEST chicken rice
• Bigger Portion at Seri Branch
• Good price
• BEST CHILI

Happy Union Restaurant

Okie, it's been a day i didn't publish anything new, as I went back and of cause having the BEST food comparing to all those shops, HOME COOK is the BEST....

Today Morning, I went to Happy Union Restaurant to had my breakfast, DIM SUM something which i really LIKE. :) and kinda think about it, it's hardly find DIM SUM with PORK in Brunei, as alot of places are Halal (of cause the taste is good too).. so we decided to drop by this restaurant called "Happy Union Restaurant" as majorities known it as "Hai Wai Thien"

This is the first time I came for DIM SUM, normally I come here just for dish foods.

My Comment:

Things I don't Like:

• At the moment still don't have, only thing is PARKING, it's pretty pack around this area which kinda pissed me off while finding car park

• Taste Not bad
• CHEAP
• Value for money

One of the popular hang out place in Brunei, it's located at the busiest area called Gadong, and it's located at the biggest shopping mall called "The Mall", but of cause do not compare to other countries :p

Anyway, it's a best place to hang out with friends, why?

Thing I don't like:

• Foods are pricey
• Internet access freaking slow

Things to be consider:

• Good environment
• Nice food
• Nice view

Sawaddee House

Sawaddee house mainly serving Thai foods, well~~~ in term of Thai food, it doesn't taste like originality from Thai, instead a slide modification on the taste perhaps just to adapt to the taste in Brunei, but there's one in Jerudong, the taste is extremely spicy, I think it taste just like Thai...

Things I don't like:

• Waiter walk like gay
• Another waiter macam mute (point to talk -.-)

Things to be consider:

• Nice decoration
• Reasonable price
• 50 cent Chinese Tea in a POT
• Taste not bad too

Prince of Persia

Wu~~~~~, Prince of Persia, it first came out as a PS game and I do have to admit, it's pretty good in-term of graphic, stories, controlling, etc. If any of you have ever play this game before i believe at least a ranking of 4 will be given, AM I RIGHT?

Last night was their first preview of THE MOVIE, and obviously I've watched it, and guess what, it was great, too bad the seats of the Cinema isn't that comfortable, I still prefer the one at "Kiulap Mall".

Back to this movie, it's all started from been adopted to the prince with no blood link.

Ending, there's some confusion, if any of you have watched it, please tell me why His but not His?

Thiam Hock Restaurant

Thiam Hock Restaurant, a restaurant which famous in it's CURRY FISH HEAD, and i do have to admit, it's the nice-est I've ever tasted in Brunei.

But last night I didn't order that as I wanted to tried something different, and another reason is I just had one few days ago at "Singapore Table Restaurant" seriously I don't think I'll ever go there again as the food, ER............ sucks?

Back to Thiam Hock again, it's one of my favorite restaurant to go to as I know I'll sure get good foods there.

BUT

Last night I have some comment about it, perhaps it's bad timing?

Things I don't Like:

• Shrinking portion of the foods
• No Communication (Feel like been rip off)

Things to be consider:

• Taste good (but salty)
